Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a Manager for Caribou Coffee at the Denver International Airport. The Manager will support the General Manager and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to quality control, personnel management, sanitation, health inspections, and inventory management. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of various company policies, procedures, and exposure to a wide variety of concepts.

- Candidates who possess at least three years of restaurant management experience.
- Prior experience as a barista is strongly preferred.

- Manage day-to-day operations that include decision making, team member support, guest interaction, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
- Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
- Communicate with back-of-house management, ensuring the kitchen maintains specific standards, passing Health Department inspections with a 90% or better.
- Responsible for delegating and following up on tasks while remaining accountable for the overall function of the restaurant.
- Manage and control profit and loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
- Responsible for recruiting, selecting, onboarding, training, communicating job expectations, and retention of team members through coaching, motivation, recognition, and development, as well as monitoring and disciplining when necessary.
- Communicate equipment problems effectively and practice good preventative maintenance on all equipment.
- Must be able to alternate between sitting and standing for up to 10 hours. Position requires prolonged sitting, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
