Café Réveille is a Bay Area café and roastery with locations in San Francisco and the East Bay. We take coffee seriously, but we take hospitality just as seriously. The two go hand in hand.

Our Mission Bay location sits in one of SF's fastest-growing neighborhoods, steps from UCSF and the waterfront. It's a busy, high-energy spot with a loyal and growing regulars base — the kind of place people build their mornings around.

We're looking for someone who gets that.

**What You'll Be Doing**

- Pulling espresso and crafting drinks with consistency and care
- Running the register and handling the flow of a busy service window
- Delivering warm, genuine hospitality — not scripted, just real
- Keeping the bar and front-of-house clean and organized
- Working as part of a tight, collaborative team that actually has each other's backs

**What We're Looking For**

- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced café or hospitality setting
- Someone who's calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys the work
- Strong attention to detail — on drinks, on cleanliness, on guests
- Reliable, punctual, and easy to communicate with
- A good attitude — this one matters as much as anything
