This position is at our Coupa Cafe location in Palo Alto

● You will be responsible for greeting our guests, cashier and making coffee orders.

● Maintain cleanliness of front line, bathrooms + patio area, take out trash, bus and clean tables and chairs.

● Restock utensils, napkins and beverage station.

● Learn and maintain knowledge of our menu to effectively communicate all ingredients (and potential food allergies) to guests.

● Responsible for full cycle food and drink service; receive and relay orders, process payment, make drinks and if needed deliver orders to assigned tables in a timely manner; Issue receipts, change, and/or refunds.

● Ensure customers are satisfied with their order and drinks.

● Responsible for the quality and presentation of each coffee cup.

● Must be at least 18 years of age.
