Role Description The Chief Barista is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA, responsible for leading daily coffee bar operations. The role oversees the entire procedure of coffee & boba making, and needs to handle research on optimal mixing, continual learning of customer preference, and new paradigm for interactive model with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and familiarity with coffee brewing methods.
