Now Hiring: Espresso & Coffee Equipment Technician

Location: Lehigh Acres, FL

Pay Range: $18.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Espresso & Coffee Equipment Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial coffee and espresso equipment.

Our customers include restaurants, offices, healthcare facilities, country clubs, and other commercial foodservice operations. This position is ideal for a dependable, mechanically inclined professional who takes pride in delivering quality service and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and set up commercial coffee and espresso equipment at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial coffee and espresso machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently.
• Provide basic equipment operation and maintenance training to customers.
• Contact manufacturers and technical support teams to resolve complex service issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company service vehicle.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and supplies inventory.
• Provide professional, courteous, and timely customer service.
• Complete service documentation and communicate repair findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience repairing, servicing, or refurbishing commercial espresso and coffee equipment is required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous field service or equipment repair experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
• Experience using multimeters, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize service assignments.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and manufacturers.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and interested in joining a growing company.
