Role Description The Coffee Home Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in North Bend, WA, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the coffee home. This includes managing staff schedules, guiding and supporting team members, and ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality. The manager will supervise opening and closing procedures, maintain cleanliness and safety, monitor inventory, and coordinate ordering of supplies. This role also involves engaging with youth and community members, fostering a welcoming environment, and supporting the organization’s mission and programs. The Coffee Home Manager will handle cash management, basic administrative tasks, and collaborate with leadership on events, outreach, and continuous improvement of the guest experience.

  • Candidates should possess customer service, conflict resolution, and community engagement skills.
  • Candidates should possess basic business operations skills, including cash handling, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to coordinate daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interacting with staff, youth, and community members.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to maintain a safe, inclusive, and community-friendly environment.
  • Prior experience in coffee shop, food service, or hospitality management is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in business, hospitality, or social services is a plus.
