A Day in the Life of a Coffee Service Technician

As a Coffee Service Technician, you'll spend your days in the field, installing, repairing, calibrating, and maintaining commercial coffee, espresso, tea, and beverage equipment at customer locations across the service area. This role is central to our client's reputation for reliability and service excellence, making your work directly tied to customer satisfaction and company growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Calibrate equipment and conduct operational testing to confirm proper function before leaving a customer site
  • Proactively identify potential failures or performance issues and recommend corrective action to prevent future downtime
  • Complete service calls on time, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards
  • Accurately complete service tickets documenting equipment serviced, work performed, parts used, and any follow-up needs
  • Track parts usage from vehicle inventory and communicate replenishment needs to the appropriate team member

  • Maintain an organized, stocked, and professional company service vehicle
