Coffee In Your Community is a fast-growing mobile café bringing specialty coffee.

We're not a chain. We're not a franchise (yet).

We're a real, community-first coffee brand built on craft, community, and serious hustle — and we're just getting started.

We bring specialty coffee directly into subdivisions and neighborhoods, turning everyday coffee into a community experience. Instead of residents driving to Starbucks or Dunkin’ for an average cup and an impersonal encounter, we give them something better: a short morning walk, a fresh local brew, and a chance to connect with their neighbors — all served from one of our vintage and unique mini-trucks.

Our vision is to become the local corner coffee shop for every subdivision in the Raleigh area. Beyond convenience, we’re building healthier habits, stronger social ties, and a thriving local economy. Every cup we serve isn’t just coffee—it’s a community experience!

We currently run two trucks and we're on track to scale to 5–10 trucks in the next 1–3 years. This hire is a key piece of that growth.

THE ROLE

You'll take full ownership of our automatic-transmission truck, running 5–6 services per week across the Raleigh area. Setup, service, shutdown — you own the whole thing. You'll represent the brand, build relationships with regulars, and eventually help train and onboard the next great hire.

You've worked in coffee or hospitality and you're ready for more than a shift. You show up early, reply fast, and take ownership without being asked. You want to build something — not just fill a schedule.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

• Competitive base + bonus + 100% tips (600 - 1200 USD per week).
• Training provided (operations, brand, drinks menu, logistics, etc.)
• Full-time position: 5-7 services a week - We have already opened the doors for the next 5-6 communities/locations. Coffee services are 4h + 1h loading, driving, and unloading.
• You run the show ( Autonomy + Flexibility). You'll be fully in charge of running our second truck.
• Performance bonuses tied to weekly service completions
• Regular customers - Feel part of the community
• Real growth path: Truck Manager → Operations Lead as we scale to 10 trucks
• Become a trainer and help shape the next hires as the team grows
• Support barista provided for extra busy services
