Coffeehouse and Roastery Manager

Arlington Coffee Roasters (ACR) is a locally-owned coffeehouse and roastery located in Arlington, Texas. Known for its in-house roasted beans, ACR offers handcrafted coffee beverages and custom coffee roasts for both individuals and businesses. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Arlington, TX, for a Coffeehouse and Roastery Manager. The manager will oversee the daily operations of the coffeehouse and roastery, including staff supervision, scheduling, and operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, quality control of coffee roasting, customer service leadership, and fostering community partnerships. The role also involves organizing events, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.

• Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, scheduling, and conflict resolution
• Barista skills, knowledge of coffee preparation, and expertise in roastery operations
• Experience with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
• Customer service expertise, including the ability to build lasting relationships with patrons and community partners
• Marketing and event coordination skills for community engagement initiatives
• Attention to detail in ensuring quality control and adherence to health and safety standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in small business management, or a related field is a plus
