Colina Cuervo is part time hiring baristas

Colina Cuervo has been serving our Crown Heights community for over a decade now. We serve a small but delicious menu of Latin American influenced food, homemade pastries (people love our corn muffin w/ dulce de leche frosting) and Counter Culture Coffee.

We are looking for part and full time baristas with server/counter experience to join our small but efficient and dedicated team.
We love a casual environment while maintaining standards.

The ideal candidate is a person with a flexible schedule (late afternoons and weekends are a must) and a desire to promote/create a healthy, professional and friendly work environment for both co-workers and guests of the cafe.

About you:

- Available to work 3/4 shifts per week. Opening and closing shifts.
- Experience providing barista and counter/table service.
- Experience with latte art (we are happy to train the right candidate with the right attitude).
- Brings positive energy and helps foster a friendly and efficient work environment for both co-workers and guests.
- Ability to stay composed and effective during high-volume or stressful situations..
- Punctual, clean, organized and detail oriented.
