Delivery Driver/Cold Brew Production

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Seattle Area, combining delivery driving with cold brew production responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include safely loading, transporting, and delivering coffee and cold brew products to cafés, wholesale partners, and customers on scheduled routes, while maintaining accurate delivery records. In the production space, the role involves brewing, batching, and kegging cold brew, following recipe and quality standards, monitoring inventory of ingredients and packaging, and keeping equipment and work areas clean and organized. The team member will regularly coordinate with the production, café, and operations teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to proper specifications. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to safely operate company vehicles and follow all traffic and safety regulations.
• Experience in delivery, route driving, or similar logistics roles; strong time management and reliability in meeting delivery schedules.
• Comfort working in a production environment, including lifting and moving kegs, cases, and equipment (up to a reasonable weight) and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage production, including sanitation, quality control, and safe handling procedures; prior coffee or beverage experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail for following recipes, recording batch data, and maintaining accurate delivery and inventory records.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across café, production, and operations teams and engage professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Seattle Area, with flexibility for early mornings or variable shifts as needed for production and delivery schedules.
