We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead HR and Talent functions across our fast-growing, multi-unit beverage organization. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for building the systems, processes, and culture needed to support rapid growth while maintaining a high-energy, people-first environment.
This leader will serve as a strategic partner building scalable recruiting infrastructure, workforce planning, and leadership development.
What You Bring & Will Own
Executive Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating business goals into scalable people and hiring strategies
- Partner on workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount forecasting to support rapid growth
- Use data and insights to drive decisions related to hiring, retention, and organizational health
- Identify gaps in team effectiveness and implement solutions that improve performance and engagement
Talent Acquisition
- Build a best-in-class Talent Acquisition supporting both corporate and field hiring
- Develop and execute strategies for high-volume recruiting tied to new store openings and growth targets
- Build proactive talent pipelines for multi-unit field operator and leadership and corporate roles
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring expectations
- Implement structured, scalable recruiting processes that improve time to fill, quality of hire and candidate experience
- Establish and track recruiting KPIs and hiring forecasts aligned with business needs
- Evaluate and implement tools, systems, and workflows to support recruiting at scale
Performance Management
- Design and lead performance management processes (goal setting, feedback, reviews, accountability)
- Coach leaders to deliver clear, consistent feedback and manage performance effectively
- Identify and develop high-potential talent; build succession plans for key roles
- Strengthen leadership capability across all levels of the organization
Employee Relations
- Champion a high-energy, values-driven culture aligned with the brand
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that are authentic and actionable
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
- Build systems that reinforce accountability while maintaining a people-first approach
Experience
- 8+ years of progressive HR and Talent Acquisition leadership experience
- Proven success building and leading Recruiting in high-growth multi-unit retail food and/or beverage organizations
- Strong background in high-volume recruiting, workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employment law
- Ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and improvement
- Hands-on leader who is comfortable operating both strategically and tactically
- Strong coach and relationship builder across all levels of the organization
- High level of emotional intelligence, integrity and sound judgment
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments
Bonus Points
- Experience in coffee, beverage, or drive-thru concepts
- Experience building recruiting teams, processes, or employer branding strategies
- Experience building training or leadership development programs
