As a Director, Enterprise Process Optimization, you will lead enterprise-wide transformation by driving end-to-end process optimization across Product, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to unlock efficiency, reduce cost, and deliver measurable business impact.
As a Director, Enterprise Process Optimization, You Will
Lead enterprise-wide process transformation – Define and drive the strategy to optimize end-to-end processes, prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities.
Establish and run a central execution engine – Drive problem solving, track initiative impact, and ensure disciplined, consistent execution.
Deliver measurable financial outcomes – Own value realization with clear linkage to financial performance and sustained results.
Drive leadership alignment and accountability – Partner with senior leaders to align on priorities, embed governance, and ensure ownership of outcomes.
Integrate data and operations – Leverage data and insights to drive decision making and enable continuous improvement at scale.

10 years’ project, program and portfolio management
10 years’ management experience with full profit and loss accountability for investments in a Fortune 1000 firm with a global, multi-unit and high-growth profile
5 years’ application of industry-based systems development life cycle and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile & Waterfall)
Business and system process analysis and design and delivery method
5 years’ general management and people capacity management
5 years’ multiple and complex programs

- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
