About The Role

The Dishwasher position is a support role within the Culinary Team. Their primary responsibility is to

maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, adhering to all protocols for the sanitization of

caféwares.

What You'll Do

 Sanitize the caféwares and kitchen utensils following all sanitization guidelines.

 Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station.

 Transport trash/refuse to appropriate bins both inside and outside of building.

 Handle café wares with care.

 Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability.

 Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.

 Communicate clearly and effectively

Qualifications

 Specialty coffee experience is a plus.

 Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations

Availability for nights and weekends.

 Strong Leadership, Team-building, And Problem-solving Skills.

 Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.

 Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.

 Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift)
