Position Summary: The District Manager is responsible for overseeing operations across multiple 7 Brew stand locations within a defined district. This role supports and enforces operational excellence, profitability, and team development while preserving the unique culture and mission of Brew Horizons and 7 Brew. The District Manager provides direct coaching and support to Stand Managers and team members, ensures consistent operational execution, and serves as a key liaison between frontline operations and regional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Efficiency
· Ensure all stand locations operate in alignment with company standards, procedures, and brand expectations.
· Serve as a proactive presence in the field by regularly visiting stands to maintain connection with stand managers, frontline operations and team dynamics.
· Coach and develop Stand Managers on performance, operational execution, and team leadership.
· Monitor and maintain adherence to maintenance schedules, inspections, and applicable safety and government regulations.
· Ensure Stand Managers are meeting established KPI’s (Staffing, Bench Strength, Labor Cost Controls, Guest Experience, Inventory, Ticket Times, Stand Profitability, New Hire Training Completion).
· Champion the 7 Brew culture of speed, quality, and service always.
Team Development
· Train, support, and empower Stand Managers to develop high-performing teams.
· Evaluate team needs and provide actionable coaching to promote leadership growth and development.
· Foster a positive work environment that encourages accountability, feedback, and ongoing improvement.
· Identify and mentor future leaders within the organization.
Communication and Accountability
· Ensure effective and timely communication across all stands and with regional leadership.
· Uphold all policies and reinforce company values through hands-on leadership and consistent follow-through.
· Embody and demonstrate company values: Be Great, Be Real, Be Accountable, Be Together, and Be Nice in daily leadership, communication, and decision-making.
· Address operational, procedural, and cultural issues with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Passion for 7 Brew’s Mission of cultivating kindness, one cup at a time.
· 3+ years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role, preferably in high-volume drive-thru, retail, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
· Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel frequently with assigned market.
· Ability to travel independently between stand locations.
· Valid Serv Safe Certificate or ability to attain one within 3 months of employment
Required Skills
· Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing diverse teams.
· Ability to coach, inspire, and hold teams accountable to high-performance standards.
· Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
· Ability to analyze data and explain performance metrics (P&L, labor, sales) to managers.
· Adaptability to shifting needs, feedback, and operational challenges.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and company reporting tools
Working Environment
· High-energy, fast-paced drive-thru coffee stand environment
· Frequent exposure to noise, music, and changing outdoor weather conditions
· Frequent travel (up to 80%) between stands, including site visits and on-site support
· Ability to work one weekend day per week
· Flexible scheduling including early mornings (5 am), late nights (11:30 pm), weekends, and holidays
· On-call availability may be required during stand openings, peak periods, or emergencies
Essential Job Functions
To perform this role successfully, a team member must be able to:
· See clearly at near and far distances; distinguish colors, patterns, and text
· Hear and communicate effectively in-person, over the phone, and through headsets
· Sit, stand, and move about for extended periods; regularly drive between locations
· Use of hands and fingers for equipment operation, typing, and tool handling
· Bend, reach, stoop, squat, climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
· Work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and meet shifting deadlines
· Quickly learn new processes, stay focused, and make timely decisions
· Communicate clearly, think critically, adapt to feedback, and lead with creativity
Compensation: Up to $75,000 plus quarterly incentive potential
Success in This Role
A successful District Manager means consistently leading a group of stands that operate with strong execution, accountability, and alignment to Brew Horizons and 7 Brew standards. A successful District Manager is visible in the field, builds trusted partnerships with Stand Managers, coaches’ teams to meet or exceed key performance indicators, and proactively addresses operational, staffing, training, and cultural opportunities before they become larger issues. This leader develops bench strength, reinforces a positive and high-performance environment, communicates clearly with regional manager and stand teams, and ensures every location delivers the speed, quality, service, and kindness expected of the brand.
