Role Description

The District Manager is a full-time, hybrid role, with a blend of on-site market and store visits and some work-from-home flexibility. This role supports multiple Dunkin’ kiosk locations, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and outstanding guest experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and coaching store leadership, monitoring performance metrics, managing staffing levels, new store opening support and team development. The District Manager will drive sales growth, oversee cost controls, and ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and health and safety regulations. This role also collaborates with corporate partners and retail hosts, conducts regular site visits, and identifies opportunities to improve operations and customer satisfaction across the district.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in multi-unit foodservice or multi-unit management, including team leadership and performance oversight across several locations.
  • Experience in operations management, with strengths in scheduling, inventory control, cost management, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Strong customer experience focus, with the ability to coach teams on service standards, hospitality, and brand representation.
  • Ability to use data and KPIs to analyze district performance, identify trends, and implement targeted action plans.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, including frequent travel.
  • Prior experience in coffee concepts, quick-service restaurants, or high-volume retail strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and retain diverse teams and foster an inclusive, respectful workplace.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 70% including overnights.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year plus performance bonuses
