About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations within a designated territory. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in multi-unit restaurant management, team development, operational excellence, and driving financial performance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that each location delivers exceptional guest experiences while meeting company standards and goals.
What You’ll Do
Operational Oversight
- Oversee daily operations for all restaurants in the assigned district, ensuring adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate store performance, cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.
Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, coach, and develop General Managers and Assistant Managers.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Foster a strong leadership culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and growth.
Financial & Performance Management
- Analyze and manage P&Ls, budgets, labor, and food costs to achieve profitability goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase traffic, and optimize operational efficiencies.
- Review performance metrics (KPIs) and guide underperforming stores to improvement.
Customer Experience
- Ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience across all locations.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and support restaurant teams in managing guest satisfaction.
Training & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all operational, HR, legal, and food safety standards.
- Support and execute company training programs and rollouts of new initiatives or systems.
Strategic Initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement company-wide initiatives, promotions, and process improvements.
- Participate in strategic planning for district growth, including new store openings and renovations.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (QSR, fast casual, or full-service).
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, people-first management style.
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and financial management.
- Proficient in analyzing financial reports and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the district.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
