With 30+ Tropical Smoothie Café locations and continued growth ahead, we're looking for a District Manager to lead multiple cafés and help drive operational excellence across our organization.
Position Summary
The District Manager oversees 4-8 Tropical Smoothie Café locations, providing leadership and support to Café Managers while driving sales growth, profitability, operational consistency, and team development.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Café Managers and their teams.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with company and brand standards.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including sales, labor, food cost, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accountability for district-level financial performance and profitability.
- Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Conduct regular café visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Support new store openings and company growth initiatives.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with SERVE's core values.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations.
- Proven success leading teams and improving business performance.
- Experience managing labor, food cost, sales, and profitability metrics.
- Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel regularly between assigned locations.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
