Role Description

The Event Lead / Barista Lead will oversee on-site coffee catering services, ensuring high-quality execution and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down equipment, preparing specialty coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, and engaging with clients and guests to ensure their satisfaction. The role also involves supervising other team members during events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boonton, NJ.

• Proficiency in Barista skills and expertise in preparing specialty coffee beverages
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide excellent guest experiences
• Experience in Food Preparation with attention to safety and quality standards
• Organizational and leadership skills to manage team operations at events
• Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced event environments
• A dedication to maintaining a clean and professional workspace
• Previous experience in event coordination or leading teams is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
