NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a passionate General Manager to lead our growing high-volume coffee concept in San Diego. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the vibrant restaurant industry, managing daily operations and enhancing customer experience.

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our coffee establishment, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. You will lead a dedicated team, drive sales, and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain customers. This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional service while fostering a positive team environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, along with a supportive work culture that values growth and development in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the coffee concept
• Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the coffee brand

Requirements

• Experience in QSR Restaurants as a General Manager
• Drive Through experience is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting
• Knowledge of coffee products and trends is preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
