This is a full-time, on-site role based in Louisville, KY for a General Manager. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and meeting sales and performance goals. Key responsibilities include training and coaching team members, maintaining inventory levels, managing budgets, and ensuring cleanliness and compliance with all operational standards.

• Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer Service Excellence: Prior experience ensuring excellent customer experiences and handling customer inquiries effectively.
• Operational Efficiency: Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and driving performance metrics to achieve business goals.
• Financial Acumen: Knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and revenue forecasting for retail or food service settings.
• Adaptability and Decision Making: Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and make informed decisions promptly.
• Additional Qualifications: Prior experience in the coffee or food service industry is a plus; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
