The Social Brews is more than just a place to grab a drink — we’re a vibrant hub for connection, creativity, and craft. We’re seeking a passionate, experienced, and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our team and help shape the future of our beer hall

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the beer hall, coffee shop, and brewery
• Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold our hospitality standards
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams on menus, events, and service improvements
• Maintain and monitor budgets, labor costs, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
• Represent the brand and build relationships in the local community

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of management experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar, brewery, or café)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Deep knowledge and appreciation of coffee, beer, and great food
• A guest-first mindset and an eye for detail
• Comfort with scheduling, POS systems, and back-office operations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Passion for Detroit and community-based hospitality
