Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Store Manager (or Head Bitch in Charge). As the Head Bitch in Charge at Coffee Dose, you'll lead a team of 30–50 hospitality-focused employees and managers across a high-energy, high-volume cafe environment. This role owns it all — from the morning rush to the bottom line. You'll oversee ordering, inventory, scheduling, hiring, HR administration, facilities maintenance, and in-store marketing while holding the standard on recipe adherence and quality control. You'll also be responsible for team development, break policy compliance, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Coffee Dose experience. P&L ownership and budget management are core to this role. You know your numbers, you protect your margins, and you lead with both accountability and energy. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of food and beverage management experience
• Background in full-service or quick-service environments
• P&L fluent
• Coffee knowledge strongly preferred
