As a beverage category expert and brand ambassador, you will bring ideas to life—translating emerging trends, culinary creativity, and technical expertise into inspiring experiences for customers and partners. From sparking innovation behind the bar to shaping the next generation of beverage menus, you will play a visible role in strengthening Kerry’s leadership in taste, delivering market‑leading solutions that delight consumers and drive sustainable growth. This role requires 50% travel.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as a visible champion of innovation and excitement within the beverage category.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and brand presentations with confidence and showmanship.
- Continuously share and exchange market and regional trends to bring best-in-class innovation to your local market.
- Support distributor partners in managing Da Vinci Gourmet promotions, including recipe development and activation support.
- Develop compelling recipes and beverage applications across key channels, including foodservice, coffee shops, bars, and hotels.
- Bring beverage category expertise, enabling credible, peer-level engagement with R&D Managers, beverage menu developers, and key account stakeholders.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities for new product development and share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in menu and beverage development, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Partner with marketing to support social media initiatives and help build and engage a digital community.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in barista operations, mixology, flavor applications, or beverage R&D.
- Demonstrated track record of creating, developing, and successfully launching innovative beverages in the market.
- Proven ability to work from a strategic creative brief and support or lead the end‑to‑end development of new concepts and products.
- Strong consultative menu development skills, with experience supporting foodservice operators in both one‑to‑one and group settings.
- Comfortable delivering content through multiple formats, including live demonstrations, videos, and virtual platforms such as webinars.
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to large and diverse audiences.
