**Al’s Love Café** is holding **limited barista and those who have BOH interviews today** for an immediate opportunity to join our growing team.

We are seeking a **skilled barista with 3+ years of experience** who takes pride in crafting beautiful drinks and delivering exceptional service. We are also seeking one strong Kitchen personnel.

This is **not a typical café environment.**

Our coffee house is a **community-focused space that supports neurodiverse individuals and provides a welcoming environment where everyone can thrive.** We are looking for someone who understands the importance of patience, kindness, and respect for structured workflows and supportive environments.
