Responsibilities Include

• Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Maintain clean and organized workstation
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Earliest shifts start at noon. Latest shifts end around midnight. No morning positions are available.
  
  

Multiple positions exist within our production team, with opportunities to work in more than one station.

Loafer - Mixes the dough and gets it ready for cutting

• Must be able to lift 90-100 lbs. with another person frequently.
• Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
  
  

Fryer - Cooks the yeast and cake donuts in the fryers

• Must be able to lift and lower screens (up to 8 lbs.) frequently.
• Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs. with another person frequently.
• Must be able work with hot oil (375 degrees) while standing frequently.
  
  

Finisher/Picker - Final production stage of products, including frosting, filling and staging of donuts.

• Must be able to bend and lift screens (2-5 lbs.) frequently.
• Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. frequently.
• Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
