Cafe Chocolat is a thriving, multi-location chocolate, pastry, and coffee café business with 20

years of organic growth behind us and our commissary based in Brooklyn, NY. We're looking for

a Lead Chocolatier ready to bring our chocolate program to the next level — in both craft and

operations, across our four retail locations and growing online business.

This Is a Calling, Not Just a Job

This role is for someone deeply experienced in the realities of chocolate production — not just

the artistry, but the discipline behind running a high-volume program day in and day out.


What You'll Own

● Tempering, enrobing, and ganache formulation

● Caramel work and other core confection techniques

● Production forecasting and inventory management

● Hiring, training, and developing your team

● Driving operational efficiency and continuous system refinement across a growing

commissary
