This position assists and oversees student and support employees in the execution of various Barista roles in accordance with Starbucks standards and policies. This includes but is not limited to; training to be Barista certified with additional ongoing Starbucks certifications, learning and crafting 100+ food and beverage codes and recipes, maintaining brand specific equipment, retail and food store ordering through various vendors, and upkeep of frozen and dry inventory and stock.

Summary Of Responsibilities
- Create unique hand-crafted beverages and food back-to-back through a fast-paced customer service connection.
- Assist in the training, onboarding and certification process of new baristas.
- Lead and deploy fellow baristas according to Starbucks Training Guidelines.
- Operate and maintain a cash register, including cash, credit, Combo Exchange, and Starbucks gift cards.
- Assist with daily inventory and ordering with various vendors and products to ensure the stores are meeting business demands.
Minimum Requirements
- Casual knowledge of food ingredients and correct preparation and serving techniques is necessary.
- One-year satisfactory experience as a worker in a food related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience is desirable.
- Willingness to work a flexible shift is necessary.
- Standards of personal hygiene consistent with sanitation rules and regulations is necessary.
