Prepare and maintain necessary records and reports to comply with Federal, State, and District requirements. EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Practical experience in the preparation and service of foods to large groups of people.
• Successful completion of the following courses or equivalent: o Introduction to Brevard School Food Services o Equipment Use and Care. o Quantity Food Preparation. o Organization and Management. o Nutrition (must be completed within one year of appointment to position). PREFERRED/DESIRED:
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/TRAINING: REQUIRED:
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
