Role Description The Manager role at Panera Bread in Columbus, OH is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily café operations and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. This role includes leading and coaching team members, monitoring food quality and safety standards, managing scheduling and labor, and supporting inventory and cash handling procedures. The Manager collaborates with leadership to meet sales and performance goals, resolve operational issues, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
