Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Manufacturing Production Manager to oversee our production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about manufacturing management, possesses strong leadership skills, and is eager to optimize production workflows through innovative solutions and effective team coordination. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic production team and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Full- time exempt position. Monday-Friday 7:30-6pm. Flexibility on hours. Occasional weekends.

Spanish/Portuguese speaking applicants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with management, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage plant operations by overseeing process improvements, implementing best practices in manufacturing management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Extensive experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams effectively.

• Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and managing supply chain logistics.
