New Bakery and Cafe Looking for Opening Staff (Bakers & Baristas)

Brand new Bakery and Cafe with a potential opening of mid Spring is looking for it's opening staff.

We will need everything eventually of course but first and foremost we are looking for our leads that will help shape the entire location, the Bakers and Baristas. The creative minds who will work with the renowned chef/owner to create an amazing & memorable pastry and coffee program.

Our head baker will have production baking experience, pastry and viennoiserie (knowledge in operating a dough sheeter), experience. Creativity and passion are a must, experience leading a team is preferred but willing to give the right soul their first chance.
Servsafe and atleast a little kitchen spanish are also preferred.

Our Lead Barista will have experience running or building a coffee program from the ground up. We have an idea of what we want the program to look like but are open to having the right person come in and execute their vision. 3rd wave 5th wave 11th wave? Lets figure it out!
