Role: Provide exceptional service by creating quality beverages and food, greeting guests warmly, and ensuring a memorable experience. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the store while operating cash registers and handling transactions following company policies. • Greet guests, take orders, and answer questions with a friendly attitude.
• Prepare beverages and food items adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Manage high-volume periods calmly and efficiently.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attractive displays in the store.
