Responsibilities: Provide fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products to create a memorable customer experience. Greet and connect with customers, educate them about products, suggestively sell gift cards and merchandise, process orders and payments promptly, manage cash drawer, serve orders according to recipes and guidelines, deliver products efficiently, maintain cleanliness of equipment and areas, restock supplies, and demonstrate genuine appreciation to customers.

Qualifications & Skills: Passion for delivering excellent customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team-oriented attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.
