Role Overview

The LifeCafe Staff is responsible for preparing menu items according to recipes and maintaining efficient service standards. They deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and sanitized environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfills food, shake, and beverage orders promptly and accurately
• Engages with members, answering questions and providing food suggestions
• Maintains cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
• Executes espresso drinks efficiently
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to work stationary and move about the cafe for extended periods
• Capable of routinely bending and lifting over 20 lbs
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

This hourly position offers wages starting at $17.25, up to $20.00 based on experience.
