Work hours will vary based on production requirements, with scheduling coordinated in advance whenever possible.

Equipment Care & Cleanliness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe roasting and production environment.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of roasting and packaging equipment.
- Follow established procedures for equipment operation, cleaning, and safety.
- Identify equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
Teamwork & Reliability
- Work collaboratively with the Dirty Girl Coffee team while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Follow production schedules and communicate availability and progress reliably.
- Contribute to a respectful, supportive workplace where quality and accountability matter.
What We're Looking For
- Coffee roasting experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in food production, manufacturing, packaging, machine operation, or a similar hands-on environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures consistently.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently once trained.
- Pride in maintaining clean equipment and an organized workspace.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule that varies with production needs.
- A genuine interest in coffee and a willingness to learn.
Why Join Dirty Girl Coffee?
