  • Help maintain an organized and efficient production environment

Cold Brew

  • Produce cold brew 1–2 times per week according to established recipes and procedures
  • Maintain quality and consistency throughout the cold brew production process

Cleaning, Maintenance & Safety

  • Clean and maintain the roaster and related equipment on a regular schedule
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe roastery and warehouse
  • Follow all company safety procedures and protocols
  • Safely operate production and warehouse equipment
  • Maintain focus and attention to detail while working around loud roasting and production machinery

What We're Looking For

  • Passion and excitement for coffee and a positive attitude
  • Big team player mentality who loves roasting coffee all day long
  • At least 2 years of professional coffee roasting experience preferred, with high-volume experience.
  • Strong understanding of coffee roasting fundamentals and quality control
  • Previous warehouse, production, or coffee industry experience preferred
  • Experience operating production or warehouse equipment is a plus

  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work with a sense of urgency
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and continue developing your coffee knowledge
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment restrictions
  • Reliable transportation required

Physical Requirements

This is an active production position in a working roastery and warehouse.

  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to safely lift and move heavy coffee bags and production materials
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse and roastery environment
  • Ability to handle green coffee bags weighing up to 70 kg (154 lbs.)
