Role Description The Professional Barista will prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and light food items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Daily responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the bar and seating areas, restocking supplies, and following food safety and hygiene guidelines. The role also involves welcoming guests, accurately taking orders, processing payments, and responding to customer questions about menu items and coffee offerings. This is a part-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL, requiring availability for evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

• Candidates should possess Barista and Food Preparation skills to prepare beverages and food items safely and consistently.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills and cash-handling accuracy are beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight as part of daily café operations.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques and follow standard operating procedures.
