You’ll be the heartbeat of our region, leading hype-fueled, people-first teams who serve up smiles and killer drinks at lightning speed. We need someone who LOVES people, thrives on energy, and knows how to turn good vibes into crazy success.

Store Operations: 6:00am - 8:00 pm (Daily)

Shift: Wednesday-Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 am - 5:00

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in multi-unit, drive-through coffee or restaurant concepts (required)
• Proven experience managing at least 3+ locations simultaneously leading Store/Stand Man
• agersHands-on leadership style, in a store every day, not managing from a distance
• Strong track record of driving customer experience, sales, profitability, and operational performance across multiple untis
• Experience leading leaders. You know how to coach, develop, and hold managers accountable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without losing the people-first mindset
• Comfortable owning metrics, P&L, and performance targets, and improving them
• Passion for developing talent and building future leaders (you don’t just fill roles, you grow people)
• Strong communicator who can connect with frontline teams and senior leadership alike
• Experience with new store openings, scaling teams, and growth environments. You bring energy, positivity, and a leadership style that fits the 151 vibe!
