SUMMARY
The Regional Manager assumes full responsibility for the operations, profitability, and the
preservation of 7 Brew’s culture, mission statement, and values. The Regional Manager is the
leader of his or her crew and maintains genuine connections with them, and understands the
unique nuances of the assigned locations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and mentor all Stand Managers.
- Train Stand Managers on their weekly duties including but not limited to: inventory
- management, labor scheduling, stand organization/cleanliness, and conflict resolution.
- Be proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets.
- Maintain excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training,
coaching, and encouragement.
- Provide regular feedback to each Manager on strengths and growth areas.
- Ensure appropriate cash handling, deposits, and change for the stand.
- Facilitate team bonding and development through regular meetings and events for stands.
- Take ownership of solutions, whether through solving the problem themselves or looping in
an approved partner or vendor - they “make it happen.”
- Ensure crew is knowledgable and meeting all health requirements.
- Develop new leaders to step up into upcoming roles, regardless of current or upcoming
needs.
- Implement and communicate directives from upper management.
- Monitors stands’ COGS/Labor and makes necessary adjustments
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to two minutes
at a time.
- Operate any position in the stand during peak hours.
- Maintain awareness off the shift’s operations while working a position.
- Be able to address operational, procedural, or cultural issues with team members.
- Adapt to problems and implement solutions during stressful situations.
- Organized and Punctual while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effectively lead and direct multiple personality types under pressure.
- Has proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.
- Beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
- Works a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings (5am) and late nights
(11:30pm).
- Spends a minimum 35 hours per week in stands.
- Visits the stand to coach, observe, train, and perform administrative duties.
- Must attend Operations meetings on a period basis.
- Holds an in person meeting with assigned Stand Managers once per week.
- Regularly work weekends and be available to work holidays, if necessary.
- Be available by phone or in person to promptly address any needs.
- Be willing to travel to new/existing stands and stay overnight if needed.
PHYSICIAL DEMANDS
- Can work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
- Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions.
- Can lift up to 50 pounds.
- Can work on their feet for hours at a time.
- Can climb a ladder and use a stepladder.
- Can stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary.
- Can safely walk in between and around cars in the drive thru line.
- Can safely use a utility knife.
