Restaurant General Manager (Quick Service / Coffee / Drive-Thru)

About the Role - Dunkin Franchisee

We are looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced Dunkin' environment. This role is focused on team leadership, shift execution, and delivering consistent guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily store operations and team performance
• Manage labor, service speed, and product quality
• Train and develop team members
• Handle guest concerns and maintain service standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience in QSR, coffee, or high-volume retail
• Strong leadership presence under pressure
• Ability to coach and develop team members
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and consistent operator

Compensation

• $25 - $30/hour depending on experience
