As an Assistant Boutique Manager with Nespresso, you’ll help create a warm, immersive coffee experience that embodies the heart of our brand. Working closely with the Boutique Manager, you’ll guide the boutique’s customer-first strategy, elevating service, operational flow, and the overall boutique experience.

You’ll empower your team to deliver the signature Nespresso quality service: inviting, attentive, and authentically connected. Through thoughtful mentoring, care-driven leadership, and a spirit of innovation, you’ll bring our brand values to life every day. WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• 3+ years of professional management experience in a fast-paced or luxury retail environment
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in people management and development of multiple direct reports
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven ability to organize and utilize time management and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple tasks
• An authentic passion for coffee, a respect for sustainability, and a commitment to continual self‑learning
• Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $64,000.00 to $73,000.00 per year
