Retrograde Coffee Roasters Seeking Barista

Join our team of passionate individuals! We are seeking a front of house team member with prior coffee experience to join our crew. We are a community-oriented coffee shop with a great group of regulars and fantastic team of individuals. We make a variety of things in house and take pride in serving quality food and beverages, while fostering an up-beat environment where everyone feels welcomed.

About the job:
- Available for 4-5 shifts, ~35 hours a week; *must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday* - you need not apply if you are unavailable those days.

- Pay starts at $18/hour plus tips for FOH team members. Hourly tips earned are about an additional $8 - 10/hours on top of your hourly wage, and are pooled and split evenly across team members working that day.

- Beverages and food are provided for breaks, as well as discounts when off-duty.

- Business hours: 7 am - 5 pm / 7 days a week

Job duties:
- Our FOH team works various roles in the cafe and we require that team members are available for both opening and closing shifts.

Our ideal applicant is personable, responsible, punctual, and has good listening and communication skills. We are seeking someone who loves hospitality, coffee, is reliable and wants to contribute to a supportive, upbeat, team-oriented environment.
