Rock and Brews Casino- Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage team in our high-paced casino environment. As a server, you will play a critical role in providing outstanding guest service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience, and upholding the standards and image of Rock and Brews Casino.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and professionally with a friendly attitude
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to management when needed
• Process guest checks and payments efficiently using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station, dining area, and service areas
• Adhere to all casino and restaurant policies, procedures, and regulatory health and safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and events within the casino
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift transition duties as required
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant or casino environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  
  

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, often noisy casino atmosphere
• May be exposed to secondhand smoke where permitted by law
• Interaction with diverse guests, including VIPs and high-volume patrons
