Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of management experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

About the Role

At Paris Baguette, we believe that joy is baked daily. As a Service Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading, motivating, and developing our café team.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in operational excellence, and leads by example. You will work closely with our Retailers to create a welcoming atmosphere, maintain high service standards, and ensure that every guest receives the warm hospitality Paris Baguette is known for.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond daily management. You will help build a strong team culture, develop employees' skills, oversee front-of-house operations, and ensure that the café consistently meets our standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation.

From welcoming guests and serving our handcrafted pastries and specialty beverages to resolving customer concerns and supporting daily operations, you will be instrumental in making every visit a positive and memorable experience.
