Job Description

We’re looking for upbeat, reliable Team Members to join our crew. Positions may include working at the coffee bar, register, & snowball stand. You’ll help prepare and serve drinks and snoballs, greet guests, handle orders, and keep your station clean and stocked.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in doing things right.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take orders accurately
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, or snowballs depending on location
• Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly
• Keep all areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist teammates during busy times to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
• Able to stand for long periods and work in warm or outdoor environments
• Must be at least 16 years old (work permit required for minors)
  
  
  

Schedule: Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Compensation: Hourly pay + tips + employee discounts
