Social Media Manager (On-Site)

Fresh Roasted Coffee is looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn great products, interesting people, and everyday moments into content people actually want to watch, share, and engage with. 

This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves social media, understands short-form video, has a strong eye for content, and knows how to turn an idea into a post, Reel, or TikTok that gets attention.

  Manage our social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for Fresh Roasted Coffee and other family of brands.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and maintain a creative social media content calendar

  
  


• 
  

  Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos, videos, and other social content

  
  


• 
  

  Write captions, scripts, and social copy that fits our brand voice

  
  


• 
  

  Stay on top of trends, sounds, hashtags, platform changes, and emerging content formats

  
  


• 
  

  Capture content throughout our coffee and tea manufacturing facility

  
  


• 
  

  Help showcase our products, people, culture, behind-the-scenes operations, and brand story

  
  


• 
  

  Appear on camera and become a recognizable personality for the brand when appropriate

  
  


• 
  

  Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions

  
  


• 
  

  Manage influencer and creator partnerships

  
  


• 
  

  Support product launches, promotions, contests, giveaways, and marketing campaigns

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor social media analytics and use data to improve content

  
  


• 
  

  Track engagement, reach, follower growth, views, and other key performance indicators

  
  


• 
  

  Identify opportunities to grow our audience and increase brand awareness

  
  

We're looking for someone who is creative, energetic, organized, and genuinely understands social media.

You'll be a strong candidate if you have:

• 
  

  2+ years of experience managing social media for a company, brand, agency, or organization

  
  


• 
  

  Experience creating short-form video content

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with social media scheduling and analytics

  
  


• 
  

  Strong writing and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Photography and video skills

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similar

  
  


• 
  

  A strong understanding of current social media trends

  
  


• 
  

  The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  
  


• 
  

  A portfolio or examples of social media work
