Kaffé Magnum Opus is a premier specialty coffee roaster with a 30-year legacy of excellence, an unrivaled portfolio of over 100 straights, blends, and industry-leading flavored coffees.

We are looking for a proven, high-performing B2B Sales Professional who knows how to map a territory, penetrate decision-maker layers, and close bulk volume. If you thrive on the autonomy of the hunt and want to turn a massive, diverse market into your personal book of business, let’s talk.

Key Responsibilities & Indicators of Success:

Drive New Business: Execute daily, high-volume outbound cold calls to consistently identify and secure new leads.

Manage the Pipeline: Track leads, calls, and client interactions through our CRM software to smoothly guide prospects through the sales funnel.

Build Relationships: Consistently close sales and establish strong, revenue-generating partnerships with qualified leads in the office and out in the field.

Become a Coffee Expert: Develop deep foundational product knowledge by participating in in-house coffee tasting classes alongside our Coffee Expert.

Exceed Targets: Aggressively meet and surpass monthly and annual company sales goals.

Required Attributes & Skills:

A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in B2B business development and deal closing.

A "go-getter" mentality with exceptional, persuasive communication skills for both professional phone sales and field networking.

Proficiency in MS Office, with specific knowledge of Excel.

A highly energetic attitude and a genuine love for coffee
