We're looking for Stand Managers who are passionate about leading people, growing teams, and creating a culture where both guests and crew members thrive.

What You'll Do

As a Stand Manager, you'll serve as the leader of your stand and play a critical role in shaping the guest experience, developing future leaders, and driving operational excellence.

You'll:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Brewistas, Shift Leads, and Assistant Managers
• Create a positive, energetic, and accountability-driven culture
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences that keep customers coming back
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and day-to-day stand operations
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards are consistently maintained
• Drive team engagement, recognition, and retention
• Develop future leaders and support career growth within the organization
• Partner with area leadership to achieve stand goals and business objectives

Preferred Experience

• Restaurant, coffee, hospitality, retail, or customer service leadership experience
• Experience managing, coaching, or supervising teams
• Scheduling, labor management, and operational leadership experience
• Multi-unit or high-volume experience is a plus
