Role Description This part-time Starbucks Barista role at Forest Forward is an on-site position located in Dallas, TX. The Barista will prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and safety. Daily responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation and customer area. The Barista will support a welcoming environment, restock supplies, follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, and collaborate with team members to deliver efficient, friendly service that aligns with Forest Forward’s community-centered mission.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming, respectful experience for all guests.
• Candidates should possess Barista experience or equivalent Beverage Preparation skills, including making espresso-based drinks and handling coffee equipment safely.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and supervisors.
• Candidates should possess Food Preparation and basic Food Safety skills, including following health, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry supplies, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or café settings is beneficial but not required.
